Payment, Shipping & Return policy

At Densen we have a 30-day return policy. You can choose between getting the money back or exchange your product for another. You can even return your purchase after it has been opened, however there are some requirements:

You must return your product in perfect condition. Including all original accessories, the original packaging and the product must be packed as if new. If the product has been damaged or accessories are missing, the offset will be withdrawn from the return amount.

Always attach the following to your return shipment:

a)     Your full name, address, email and phone nr.

b)     Invoice number and date of purchase (see the invoice that came with the item)

c)      Attach a explanation for the return, this way we know if you want you money back, or want to exchange the item

Write an email to inform us that the package is on its way.

We have avoided large physical stores filled with employees, so we can give you better prices. However, we at Hifi Freaks have not forgotten how important it is to try and test the products in your own living room. Therefore, you can return the goods to us for up to 30 days after the purchase, if you regret your purchase.

We ship for free Europe and if you regret you, you will get a full refund, when you return the product. So if you dream of new hi-fi equipment, then there's no need to wait - it's completely cost free and you can hear the sound of your new equipment together with the rest of your setup in your own living room.
